Refund and Returns Policy
At Paula Trends, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple return and refund process.
Returns:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Products from the following categories are eligible for return: Sports Gear & Accessories, Jewelry, and Outerwear. Please note that some items may be ineligible for return due to hygiene or other reasons. If you are unsure, please contact us before making a return.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us to initiate your return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- After we process your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back.
- Ship the item(s) to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original amount of your purchase.
- Refunds will be processed via cash on delivery for future purchases. Please note that refunds will not be provided for any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.
- You will be notified once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund as per your preference.
