Refund and Returns Policy

At Paula Trends, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple return and refund process.

Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Products from the following categories are eligible for return: Sports Gear & Accessories, Jewelry, and Outerwear. Please note that some items may be ineligible for return due to hygiene or other reasons. If you are unsure, please contact us before making a return.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us to initiate your return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. After we process your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back.
  3. Ship the item(s) to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original amount of your purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed via cash on delivery  for future purchases. Please note that refunds will not be provided for any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.
  • You will be notified once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund as per your preference.
